Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Insomniac STAY Designs! We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience, and part of that is providing clear guidelines for refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures and your rights regarding refunds and returns.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

In Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Defect or Damage: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please refer to the "Defective or Damaged Items" section below.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return the item by contacting us via the contact methods listed on our site. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return, as well as any photo or video proof.

Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is eligible.

​

Pack and Ship: We will inform you upon issuing a RMA if it is required to safely package the item, including all original accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the address provided during the return authorization process.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. Please retain proof of shipment.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item and verifying that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We require video evidence proving you received defective or damaged items, please contact our customer support team immediately. If eligible we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once received, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
